The Mesh adapter is an accessory that easily upgrades your Sena or 2Talk Bluetooth headset to Mesh, so that it can communicate with an unlimited number of other Mesh headsets (or non-Mesh headsets also using the Mesh adapter here). Gain the advantages of Mesh with your Bluetooth headset in intercom mode.
The Mesh is a superior protocol and transceiver for working in groups of 4 or more. The connection to other headsets using Mesh from any other Mesh headset is instant and super clear. No need to pair individual headsets using Mesh. Now you can adapt an existing Sena Bluetooth headset to Mesh.
How does it work?
The concept is simple. You simply pair your existing Sena or 2Talk Bluetooth headset to the Mesh adapter. When in intercom mode, the Mesh adapter now becomes a cross-protocol repeater. The Mesh adapter receives your Bluetooth signal from your headset (i.e. your transmission), and re-transmits it as a Mesh signal to any other Mesh headset in range (up to about half-a-mile). When receiving a Mesh signal (i.e. someone else's transmission) it just works in reverse, the Mesh adapter receives the Mesh signal and uses Bluetooth to transmit it to your headset.
Because Mesh finds the most efficient route for the radio signal between headsets, the more headsets in the middle, the better the range. Mesh, like Bluetooth, is full-duplex (talks and listen simultaneously).
We use these in large groups with our existing headsets, and just clip the adapter to our belts. Some customers have used the Mesh adapter purely as a fixed repeater to extend the range, or get better coverage around obstacles, etc.
We also now offer various standalone Mesh headsets, with the Mesh already built in. Our most popular is the Expand Mesh.

This adapter clips any Bluetooth headset - including our SPH10, 2Talk, and TuffTalk Lite - into a Sena Mesh Intercom network alongside Mesh Crew (Expand Mesh), NautiTalk Bosun, NautiTalk N2R, and TuffTalk M units. One adapter is needed per Bluetooth headset joining the Mesh crew.

30-day returns from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in the original packaging with all cables and accessories, with proof of purchase.
Contact us before shipping anything back — we’ll send the return form that must accompany your return. Fire extinguisher and lithium battery items carry a $15 administrative fee on returns.
