We're a small team of boaters who want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Return Window Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Contact us before shipping anything back — we'll provide a return form that must accompany your return.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging with all cables, accessories, and components included
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed by Cruising Solutions.
Specialty Products — $15 Administrative Fee Due to the nature of certain products such as fire extinguishers and lithium battery systems, a $15 administrative fee will be applied to returns of these items. This covers payment processing and administrative costs. We strongly encourage you to read the full product description before purchasing specialty items.
Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Processing Your Refund Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the credit.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company, then your bank. If you've done all of this and still haven't received it, contact us at [email protected]. Note these do take over a week at times.
Exchanges Contact us first to arrange an exchange. Ship your item to: Cruising Solutions, 660 Riverland Dr Ste B, Charleston, SC 29412.
Return Shipping You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
