Contact us before shipping anything back — we’ll send the return form that must accompany your return. Fire extinguisher and lithium battery items carry a $15 administrative fee on returns.

Re-arm kit questions
Can I use a different TeamO kit with the same cylinder weight?
No. Cylinder charge is only one part of the match. The lifejacket model, buoyancy rating, inflation system, activation capsule, and product label must also agree.
What should I do if my label is hard to read?
Do not guess from the cover color or product photo. Contact Cruising Solutions with clear photos of the lifejacket label and inflation system before ordering.
