CS team NOTE: Pro tip, we use these all over the boat. Because they are velcro its a fast fix for protection and we use them anywhere that the lines may chafe. An example is the back of our main when our traveller is pushed right out, the lines rub against our bimini.

We're a small team of boaters and we pack orders within 1–5 business days (no weekend or holiday packing). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as a label goes on your box.
Specialty items — fire extinguishers (dangerous goods) and low-stock or built-to-order gear — can take longer; the product description will say so. On a tight timeline or meeting your boat somewhere specific? Contact us and we’ll work out the fastest way to get gear to you.
International orders ship DDU: local duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Full details in our shipping policy.

30-day returns from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in the original packaging with all cables and accessories, with proof of purchase.
Contact us before shipping anything back — we’ll send the return form that must accompany your return. Fire extinguisher and lithium battery items carry a $15 administrative fee on returns.
