30-day returns from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in the original packaging with all cables and accessories, with proof of purchase.
Contact us before shipping anything back — we’ll send the return form that must accompany your return. Fire extinguisher and lithium battery items carry a $15 administrative fee on returns.

Hearing protection with two ways to communicate
Protection for loud work
The TuffTalk M has a 26 dB Noise Reduction Rating under ANSI S3.19-1974 and a 31 dB SNR rating under EN 352-1:2020. Integrated speakers and a boom microphone keep the crew talking without removing the earmuffs.
Mesh for crews; Bluetooth for smaller groups
Open Mesh supports virtually unlimited participants across six channels, while private Group Mesh supports 24. Bluetooth intercom supports four users and up to 400 m (440 yd) of open-space range.
Runtime depends on the intercom mode: Sena publishes up to 8 hours on Mesh and 13 hours on Bluetooth intercom. A full charge takes 3 hours; 20 minutes of charging provides about 3 hours of intercom use.

This listing contains one TuffTalk M over-head headset. Two or more compatible intercom devices are required for a headset-to-headset conversation.

Both figures are correct for different modes: up to 8 hours on Mesh intercom and up to 13 hours on Bluetooth intercom.
Is TuffTalk M waterproof?
Sena Industrial does not publish an IP rating for TuffTalk M, so keep this model dry. Choose NautiTalk Bosun for an IPX7 headset that floats with its marker buoy attached.
How many headsets do I need?
This listing is one headset. Two or more are required for an intercom conversation. Open Mesh supports virtually unlimited participants; private Group Mesh supports up to 24.
Will it talk to other Sena Mesh headsets?
Yes. Open Mesh is designed to communicate with Sena Mesh Intercom devices, including EXPAND Mesh, Bosun, and N2R. Keep firmware current when mixing models.
