What AVD does
Aqueous vermiculite dispersion
AVD is a water-based extinguishing agent containing suspended vermiculite. It cools the fire while the plate-like particles form a barrier over the fuel surface.
Made for lithium-battery fire risk
The AH-series is intended as supplemental portable protection in areas with lithium-ion and lithium-polymer battery fire risk. It is not a substitute for evacuation, emergency response, or required extinguishers.
LiCELL extinguishers are supplemental protection and do not replace the fire extinguishers your vessel or vehicle is required to carry. Specifications shown are published product figures and are not a representation of suitability for any particular installation. Confirm selection, installation, and use with the current product documents and the authority responsible for your fire plan.
