Shipping & lead times

We're a small team of boaters and we pack orders within 1–5 business days (no weekend or holiday packing). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as a label goes on your box.

Specialty items — fire extinguishers (dangerous goods) and low-stock or built-to-order gear — can take longer; the product description will say so. On a tight timeline or meeting your boat somewhere specific? Contact us and we’ll work out the fastest way to get gear to you.

International orders ship DDU: local duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Full details in our shipping policy.

Returns & refunds

30-day returns from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in the original packaging with all cables and accessories, with proof of purchase.

Contact us before shipping anything back — we’ll send the return form that must accompany your return. Fire extinguisher and lithium battery items carry a $15 administrative fee on returns.

Read the full refund policy.

Ask a cruiser before you buy

Everyone here is a current or past cruiser — we’ve docked short-handed, re-rigged at anchor, and chased 12V gremlins too. Not sure this is the right fit for your boat? Send us your question before you order and we’ll give you a straight answer.

Micro compared with BackTow models

Low-profile configuration

The Micro keeps the 170 N inflatable lifejacket format but does not include BackTow or an integrated deck harness.

When BackTow is included

Coastal, Offshore, and Ocean models add an integrated deck harness and a manually activated towing point intended for a tethered-overboard situation.

BackTow is not automatic. On equipped models the lifejacket inflates first, then a conscious wearer pulls the large handle to move the towing point.

More product questions

How do ProSensor and Hammar inflation differ?

ProSensor uses a water-sensitive element. The Hammar system activates from water pressure after roughly 10 cm (4 in) of submersion, which is intended to reduce activation from rain and spray. Both systems include a manual pull handle. Follow the exact model manual and label.

What is the difference between 170 N and 275 N?

TeamO lists the 170 N models for coastal and offshore sailing. It positions the 275 N Ocean for extreme offshore conditions and situations involving heavier foul-weather clothing or equipment. Confirm fit, intended use, and applicable standards rather than choosing from buoyancy alone.

What maintenance does an inflatable lifejacket need?

Inspect the cylinder, inflation system, fabric, webbing, and stitching as directed by the product label and manual. Keep the lifejacket dry when stored and use the exact matching kit after any inflation.

What standards and vessel requirements should I check?

TeamO lists international lifejacket and harness standards for this range and says it has not sought U.S. Coast Guard type approval. Confirm the equipment rules that apply to your vessel and operation.
